Coaching App Access (Required)

To get the best results, all clients are supported through the Unleash The Bar Coaching App, giving you structure beyond the gym.

  • Progress tracking (strength, weights, performance)

  • Nutrition guidance and support

  • Direct access for check-ins and feedback
